Useful words, explained simply.
- Booking status
- Shows what is happening with a reservation, such as Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled.
- Payment status
- Shows whether Fleetify has recorded a successful, pending, or failed payment result.
- Pricing multiplier
- A number applied to a normal price. For example, 1.20 increases it by 20%.
- STK Push
- An M-Pesa payment prompt sent to the customer's phone. The customer enters the PIN on that phone.
- MFA
- Multi-factor authentication. It adds a six-digit authenticator code to the sign-in process.
- DNS
- Settings at your domain provider that point a web address to the correct website service.
